Putting an end to the common problem of how to control the stereo on your boat, iRock has introduced a new wireless remote that uses radio frequencies to allow you to control almost headunit that supports wired remotes.

The unique design is also waterproof, which allows you to take control, even while you’re riding. For those of you that always seem to ride without any music, this may finally be your answer.

There’s no word yet on whether you can lock out other remotes to keep your buddies from screwing with you, and of course this doesn’t solve the issue of a limited number of manufacturers actually offering compatible headunits. At last count they were Sony, Alpine, Clarion, JBL and Kenwood of the major manufacturers.

You can order your wireless remote here.
