J.D. Power and Associates has deemed Correct Craft and their line of Nautique boats the highest in customer satisfaction for the inboard watersports towboat niche. This is the fifth time Nautique has earned the illustrious award in as many years since its inception. Obviously Correct Craft has figured out how to convince their customers to rate them higher is doing something right in the eyes of J.D., which uses feedback from actual boat owners to contribute to their decision making skill.

ORLANDO, FL – Orlando based boat builder Correct Craft, Inc. is the recipient of its fifth consecutive J.D. Power and Associates(r) award for highest in customer satisfaction in the Ski/Wakeboard segment. Correct Craft has received the award for customer satisfaction among Ski/Wakeboard owners in its category all five years it has been awarded.

Power and Associates award is one of the most telling measures of boat building quality and reliability,” said Correct Craft’s President/CEO, Bill Yeargin. “The overall quality, craftsmanship and satisfaction of our boats combined with an outstanding network of dealers are directly related to us being honored with this prestigious award five consecutive times.”

The 2007 study was based on 12,140 total responses and measures 7 ski and wakeboard brands and owner opinions of 2005 and 2006 model year boats registered June 2005-May 2006. The study includes fiberglass boats with highly specialized designs for waterskiing and wakeboarding, powered by gas inboard engines.
