Nick Jones is on a roll of late, finding himself as a key part of both CWB’s pro team, and racking up a ton of publicity. Now, this latest issued press release comes from the offices of Malibu Boats as Nick finds himself as a full fledged member of the fastest growing boat team in the industry.
The Kirkland, WA resident now has a new VLX to ride behind at his place in Florida, and you can be sure he’ll put this new 2007 model to good use.

(Merced, CA) - Malibu Boats is pleased to announce the signing of Nick Jones of Kirkland, Washington. Nick will be joining an already impressive team of athletes, which includes the young phenom, Phillip Soven, and queen of the women, Dallas Friday.
Nick is entering his rookie season as a pro. He has been one of the top junior riders since joining the CWB team in 2004. Nick was always a threat on the Junior X Tour finishing on the podium in his first tournament, winning the Pan Am Games, and finishing on the podium in 2nd place in his last tournament on the Junior X Series. Nick is now taking his talent to the next level hoping to make his mark as one of the leaders of the next generation of riders.
Nick has been seen in a lot of media since hitting the Northwest scene. You can check him out in several videos including Snafu, BFY Productions’ Bent Felix, Delta Sessions 2, Good Times and Revolution.
Nick says, “I am really stoked to be part of the very talented Malibu team. They make a great boat with the best wake I have ever ridden. I love the Power Wedge.” Nick will be a great addition to the Malibu team.

Dyde nick is an awsome wakeboarder I saw him once on sammamish with his friends. Haha I watched them for a bit. He should win the Wakeboard Championships in Reno this year.

Nick is a great rider, I’m bummed he hurt his leg. Hopefully he’ll be ready to roll in the spring though, and back at it.
