Alliance Wakeboard Magazine Website

The new AllianceWake.com is available now, a little behind schedule, but at least it looks like it was worth the wait. The new website has many similarities to the old version, but with a slightly more polished look, and fonts that are easier on the eyes. This new Web 2.0 themed version of the site has much of the same content as the old version, but the presentation is more efficient, and it is easier to find the content you’re looking for on the home page.

Alliance still insists on using cryptic names for the various categories of the site. Case in point, what the heck is a Brown Trout, and why is it listed on a wakeboarding magazine? After a short amount of time spent exploring the updated design and layout, the content appears to be more logically laid out, and the amount of media is impressive. Still, we would prefer a clean layout that puts the focus on the content, and not stylized gradients and gel-like design elements.

But what do we know, let us know what you think of the new design. Check out the new Alliance Wakeboard website to form your own opinion.
