The Godfathers of wake photography, Josh Letchworth & Joey Meddock, have joined forces to create The Standerd. For those of you that are sick of seeing ad after ad in our industry publications, lackluster photos, and weak articles…. The Standerd looks to be our savior.
It is an independent publication that will chronicle wakeboarding and wakeskating with the best in photography, articles, and design. From what I’ve seen already it will represent the sport we all love in a respectable manner. The Standerd is for the reader seeking more photography and less advertising.
Each of the four books per year will cover the events and stories of the preceding three months, providing a beautiful chronology of a sport that deserves a respectable journal.
