Jetpilot Unveils New Website Dedicated to Their Rubber Goods

Posted on October 15th, 2008 by Jason | posted in Gear, General

Jetpilot, you know, the guys that make the most popular vests in the wakeboard industry, just dropped their new website on us. Thankful it’s like on the jetski gear (stand-ups FTW), and instead chooses to focus on the wake scene.

Mike Schwenne gets a lot of play on the new site, as do the rest of Jetpilot’s sponsored athletes. The site features all of Jetpilot’s wake gear, and you can even purchase vests and wetsuits directly off the interwebs now if you’re that kind of shopper.

Other than almost every link opening in a new window (is this 1999?), and the fact that they spell wakeboard as wake board all over the place, it’s a solid site, and is a huge step up for the aviating vest manufacturer.

USCG Version of Jetpilot A-10 Comp Vest

Jetpilot Wakeboard Accessories

The A-10 competition vest from Jetpilot has long been the industry standard as the most comfortable, and stylish, wakeboard vest. Now, with their new Raven model, Jetpilot aims to shrink the gap between bulky USCG vests and their non-legal competition brethren. Similar in design, the Raven will feature a new type of closed cell foam, which offers more buoyancy from less volume. This new foam is the biggest advancement in the design of the new vest, and has allowed Jetpilot to remove most of the bulk associated with a US Coast Guard approved life jacket.
